About these terms

jivnani.com (the site) is run by Neeraj Jivnani, in India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Neeraj Jivnani, and “you” means anyone who uses the site.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

These terms cover jivnani.com only. Each company in the group has its own website and its own terms. Today that is Hiigher, at hiigher.co.

What the site is for

The site gives information about Jivnani Group and the companies in it. Nothing is sold through it, and you can’t open an account on it.

Each company in the group provides its services under its own agreements. Nothing on the site is an offer, and nothing on it creates a contract or a client relationship with the group or any of its companies.

Using the site

You may read the site, link to it, and print or save pages for your own reference. You must not:

• use the site to break the law, or to help anyone else break it
• try to get into parts of the site, its servers or its hosting that are not public
• get around or interfere with the site’s security, including Cloudflare’s protections
• send automated traffic that slows down or disrupts the site
• copy the site’s content and present it as your own
• use the site, or the names and logos on it, to pose as Jivnani Group, its companies or its people

Anyone who uses the group’s name to ask you for money is not acting for us. Read the fraud alert.

Our content and names

The text, photos, design and code of the site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. The names and logos of Jivnani Group and its companies belong to the group and those companies.

You may quote short passages if you name Jivnani Group as the source and link to the page. For anything more, such as using our photos or logos, ask us first at neeraj@jivnani.com.

Information on the site

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information and may change without notice. Check with us before you rely on it for a decision. The disclaimer says more.

Links to other websites

The site links to the websites of the group’s companies and to other websites. Each is governed by its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of websites we don’t run.

We may change, pause or remove the site, or any part of it, at any time. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
