Fraud alert
People sometimes use the names of real companies to take money from others. Jivnani Group and its companies never ask for money for:
- jobs, job offers or interviews
- training
- vendor or supplier registration
- business opportunities
We never ask for passwords, OTPs or bank PINs.
If you are unsure whether a message is really from the group or one of its companies, check with us at neeraj@jivnani.com before you reply, pay or share anything.
If someone contacts you
- Don’t pay anything, and don’t share bank details, OTPs or ID documents.
- Report it to us at neeraj@jivnani.com, with the message and the sender’s details.
- If you have lost money, report it at once on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, cybercrime.gov.in, or call the helpline on 1930.
Jivnani Group and its companies are not responsible for any loss caused by people who falsely use their names.
